Ben holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Loughborough University, qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning and a Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coaching certification (PN1-SSRC).
Ben delivers health, resilience and performance programmes across corporate and high-performance environments, helping individuals and teams apply practical, science-based strategies to improve wellbeing, recovery and long-term performance.
Prior to his consultancy work, Ben served for 9 years as a Ski School Director and instructor in Zermatt , Switzerland, where he developed strong coaching, leadership and operational experience leading teams and supporting clients in dynamic, high risk, outdoor environments.
