Mental Wellbeing

There is a huge groundswell of attention on mental health at work….and with good reasons. However, this is a complex area to address and one which gets to the heart of organisational culture, inclusion & diversity, leadership role modelling and other related factors. How far should an employer go in supporting mental wellbeing? Can it be defined? Unfortunately, our NHS is under-resourced to tackle many of our societal problems and part of that responsibility will land upon employers’ shoulders.
