Booking Policy

7Futures is committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. We pride ourselves on engaging specialist expertise to deliver exceptional webinars, coaching sessions, workshops, and events tailored to your needs. Our business model includes the securing of medical professionals, sports scientists, nutritionists, high performers from sport, the arts and the military who would otherwise be working for other clients. As a result, our cancellation and postponement policy has been designed to strike a balance between flexibility for our clients and the need to maintain a stable and reliable schedule for our team of experts. In order to protect the interests of all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation and postponement policy, which complies with standard UK law and guidelines and which has become particularly necessary since Covid.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, the customer agrees to pay 7Futures a percentage of the agreed-upon fees, as outlined below:

  • Cancellation within 4 weeks of the scheduled date: 25% of the agreed-upon fees.

  • Cancellation within 3 weeks of the scheduled date: 50% of the agreed-upon fees.

  • Cancellation within 2 weeks of the scheduled date: 75% of the agreed-upon fees.

  • Cancellation within 1 week of the scheduled date: 100% of the agreed-upon fees.

Postponement Policy:

In the event of a postponement, the customer agrees to pay 7Futures a percentage of the agreed-upon fees, as outlined below:

  • Postponement within 4 weeks of the scheduled date: 10% of the agreed-upon fees.

  • Postponement within 3 weeks of the scheduled date: 20% of the agreed-upon fees.

  • Postponement within 2 weeks of the scheduled date: 30% of the agreed-upon fees.

  • Postponement within 1 week of the scheduled date: 40% of the agreed-upon fees.

Late Payment Policy:

The customer agrees to make payment by the agreed-upon payment due date, set as 30 days from the date of invoice issuance or purchase order (PO) unless otherwise stated in your supplier onboarding requirements.

If payment is not received by the due date, we will send a friendly reminder notice to the customer to request payment and provide an opportunity to address any concerns or issues related to the invoice.

We will issue a formal late payment notice if payment remains outstanding 30 days from the initial due date. This notice will include a clear statement of the outstanding amount and statutory interest on the outstanding debt and the final deadline for payment. This rate is calculated as the Bank of England base rate plus 8%.

If payment is not received by the final deadline stated in the late payment notice, we reserve the right to take further action to recover the debt. This may include engaging a debt collection agency, initiating legal proceedings, or pursuing alternative dispute resolution methods.

7Futures may, at its sole discretion, waive the postponement fees if the client provides substantial written intention to rebook the same work. The decision to waive the fees will be based on the merits of each individual case.

To cancel or postpone a scheduled webinar, coaching session, workshop, or event, please notify 7Futures in writing as soon as possible. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and provide opportunities for other clients waiting for an available slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to providing you with exceptional service and a valuable experience.
