Video 1 will introduce you to the six Pilates Principles and allow you to practice them through some introductory movement. The integration of these principles account for the balance, grace and ease that should be experienced when practising Pilates.
The six principles are: Centring, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breathing and Flow.
Learn to utilise the Pilates Principles into your daily office work and leisure time.
Video 2 begins with an introduction to posture, alignment and a standing warm-up. This is followed by variety of Pilates exercises taught on the mat with options of different levels when appropriate.
This will build core endurance, spinal mobility, strength and flexibility. The class ends with a relaxing stretch.
Video 3 starts with standing warm-up followed by a roll down exercise to begin the mat-work section. This session focuses on spinal and joint mobility.
Practising Pilates regularly can:

develop a strong healthy posture
Video 4 starts with correct standing posture followed by the warm-up. A variety of core mat exercises follows with some extra work on abdominal strengthening! A relaxing stretch ends the session.
Pilates can train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements. No other exercise system is so gentle on the body whilst giving it a challenging workout.
