Rail Safety Week resilienc and mental health session.

Thank you for attending the Rail Safety Week resilience and mental health session in Swindon earlier this summer.

Both sessions were quite interactive with a variety of material covered as different questions arose in each session. I have therefore created extra slides to try and cover the wide range we covered and they can be accessed here as a pdf.

Sleep is critical to our safety...both physical and please click here for our extensive resources on sleep. If there is one thing most of us can do it is to have an honest review of the quality of our sleep and what we can do to improve it.
