Thank you for attending the recent session  and we hope you found it enjoyable and helpful. The resources below complement some of the discussions we had and also seek to encourage you to think about simple ways in which you can look after and strengthen your immune system. it needs to look after you throughout your life and not simply the current pandemic. Sometimes we can over complicate wellbeing. If you

  • sleep well

  • eat well 80% of the time (no harm in the odd pizza or donut!)

  • move regularly each day and build up some form of moderate exercise....walking is perfect to get you onto more vigorous exercise

  • enjoy the company of others (enjoy a drink rather than need a drink)

then you won't go too far wrong. We'll send through plenty of exercise options for working out with limited time and space in the next week or so too.
