Here's some really good advice from one of your colleagues:

Talk to friends and family

Even if social distancing means it’s a phone call instead of meeting at a café. This goes two ways. You’ll be helping the person on the other side of the call too.

Make a list tasks you’ve meant to do but never get round to

And intersperse the chores with treats.

Log off social media

Your media fields will be full of things going viral. Try to limit screen time and switch off.

Mindfulness...your way

Find mindfulness in meditation, yoga or Pilates at home. Think about Skyping a gym partner to join your workout, virtually or book a remote video session with one of our team.

If you can go outside, take a walk. If you have a garden you can still enjoy this even if you’re isolated. And if you’re confined to the house, visualise you’re favourite walks, cycles or runs: it won’t be long until you’re back on the trails .

Stretch

Don’t just sit there at home! Even if you can’t get to the gym moving your body will make your mind feel better.
