Fatigue and sleep are increasingly considered the most significant factors affecting our mental wellbeing. Life is often a challenge with increased stress arising from workload, technology keeping us connected at the touch of a button and also trying to balance a personal life with good physical and mental health.
When we’re stressed and under pressure, the main form of recovery we require is sleep. Paradoxically, this is the one form of recovery we cut short when our time is pressured... Consistent poor sleep quality can put you at risk of and lead to long-term health consequences.
